Conditions générales de vente (CGV)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between BIENA Sàrl and any person making a purchase on the biena.ch website.

1. Products

The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur.

2. Prices

Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding any delivery charges.

3. Orders

Any order placed on the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. Billing information must be accurate and complete.

4. Payment

Payment is made via secure payment methods. The order is validated only after payment confirmation.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are made in Switzerland and internationally. The estimated delivery time can be up to 3 weeks, depending on the destination and the product. Delivery times are indicative and may vary.

BIENA Sàrl cannot be held liable for delays beyond its control, including those related to carriers or customs procedures.

For deliveries outside Switzerland, additional charges (customs duties, import taxes) may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns

The customer has 14 days to return an unused product in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

7. Warranty

Products are covered by the legal warranties in accordance with Swiss law.

8. Liability

BIENA Sàrl cannot be held liable for indirect damages or damages resulting from misuse of the products. In the event of damage related to transport, the customer must report it upon receipt.

9. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. In case of dispute, the legal jurisdiction is Geneva.
